My Fitness Journal: Week 3

Week 3 starting weight: 9st 9lbs
(loss of 1/2 lb)

I'm sorry for this late post, this weekend has been manic because we are planning a new kitchen, so we've been all over to different kitchen shops getting quotes etc.

I wasn't too good over Week 2 so I knew that if I was going to lose any weight it wouldn't be much, in fact I was expecting to go up again. So I felt ok with 9st 9lbs, but I knew I needed to do better in Week 3!

I feel like I'm starting to notice my body changing which is a good thing, and it is definitely spurring me on. I went to the gym 3 times last week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) and I tried a new class - Pump - which is like a weights class for all over the body. I'm doing the class again tomorrow morning as I feel like it is a class I can improve in.

Music wise I have been listening to a little bit of everything on my phone, so there isn't really much to talk about there.
