I hope you enjoyed the countdown over the past few posts. The weekly song posts will start again between Friday 9th-Sunday 11th January. But here are some of my favourite songs that have been sung in lessons but didn't make the top 10!

The Closest Thing To Crazy by Katie Melua - I hadn't properly listened to this until it was put on the Grade 4 syllabus, and now it is one of my favourite songs to relax to.

Let It Go from Frozen - I honestly thought this would have made the top 10 with how popular this song is! (I don't mind teaching it either)

Wooden Heart by Elvis Presley - I remember loving this song when I was little and making 'shows' with my Disney figurines to it. So it was lovely when it was chosen to be sung at the singing workshop I ran at Headway.

Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran - I am in love with this song at the moment and I am surprised it wasn't more popular with students. Maybe it will be sung more in 2015 :)
