If you have been following my blog you will have seen that at the end of each week I have been posting a list of every song sung in the singing lessons I have taught over the week. The next few posts will be collating all of those songs together to find the most sung song of 2014!


Jointly at #10, we have these 3 songs, which have been sung 10 times each since these posts started in August...

Make You Feel My Love by Adele
I'm really happy this has made the top 10! I remember the first time I ever heard this song - I was in my 1st year of my degree and it was Remembrance Day and I was listening to the radio. After the silence this was the first song played - no speech, just straight into the song. I thought it was so beautiful and I ended up learning it straight away (and now get to teach it for Grade 3!)

Silent Night - Various Versions
We started the Christmas songs way back at the end of October ready for our Showcase! This was by far the most popular Christmas song, and a lovely one too.
