The little Matalan haul ... that turned into a HUGE shopping spree!
Wednesday, September 17, 2014After having a really crappy week, on Saturday I decided to go to Matalan and buy a few tops that could be for teaching or to wear on a night out, as I don't own many 'nice' tops! However on Sunday this turned into a full-blown spree as I was let loose in a shopping centre! Here is what I picked up, what is your favourite piece?
Excuse the sleeping pups, these are the items I picked up in Matalan. The first is this lovely blouse in a creamy-orange colour. I wasn't quite sure how it would look on me but I thought there was no harm in trying it, and I really like it! It only cost £12 and I will probably end up going to back to get it in the light blue colour they had.
The middle photo is a tunic-style dress I bought for £10. I'm still not sure about this as I couldn't for the life of me get a flattering picture with it on! It fits well though and feels comfy to wear.
The third picture is a lovely top I got for £14. I love the print and I really like the 'crop-top' style it has and I've been wearing that style loads over the summer.
The photo on the left is a nightie I got from New Look, and I really can't wait to wear it! It's a slightly thicker material than what you would usually find in night-clothes so it should be nice for winter.
The t-shirt on the right is a DInOsauR tee from River Island (my boyfriend was in a laughing fit because of it) and the other two are from Zara, and I have had my eye on them for a while as they are so me!
Finally, I popped to Boots to get these three. I had to spend £35 to get a load of points so yes, I did just that! I got my holy grail 17 Falsifeye mascara, a Revlon lip butter in 050 Berry Smoothie and Benefit's 'That Gal' Primer as I have missed it far too much.
