On Thursday 2nd April I gave my very first seminar! It was about looking after your voice and was presented in front of secondary school teachers. I was so nervous and I slaved over the presentation for days (I had to write it all in 3 days!!!), but it went really well and I shouldn't have been so worried!

I thought I would take some pictures of my outfit before I left and post them onto here so you could see!

I've been itching to get another one of these posts done as my empties have been filling up my drawer!

Herbal Essences 'Ignite My Colour' Shampoo - I've used this a few times before and I only really buy it as it's cheap/on offer. My hairdresser has said Herbal Essences is bad for your hair though, so I might look at other brands for shampoo. But this one does have a really nice smell!

Will I buy it again? Probably only if there is nothing else, you can't really go wrong with what your hairdresser says.

Andrew Collinge Deep Conditioning Salon Treatment - This had been sat in my drawer for ages so I made the decision to use it after I had finished using up the conditioner I was using at the time! From what I remember it worked well enough, but it wasn't something that stuck in my head making me think "I need to buy that again".

Will I buy it again? I doubt it, and I haven't really seen it in shops either (I think I got the packet for free)

Benefit Boi-ing Concealer - I just had to check back through my previous Empty posts as I could have sworn I had shown this one already...but apparently not! Since switching to Nars, this was my go-to concealer. I must have used it constantly for about 18 months. It does what it says on the tin (industrial strength) and lasts all day.

Will I buy it again? Most probably!

Tesco Nail Polish Remover - There isn't much to say about this one, it does what it says. I think I 'borrowed' this one off my Mum though.

Will I buy it again? I've since bought a Sally Hansen one, and they do exactly the same thing!

L'Oreal Elvive Shine Conditioner - This was another product bought because it was on offer, and I do really like the Elvive range. I used to use the Anti-Frizz one religiously in my teens, I can remember seeing the advert on TV for it an immediately going to the shop to buy it!

Will I buy it again? Most probably! (Already using one for highlights)

Wilkinson Sword Quattro Razors - These were rubbish! This was a pack of 4 and they barely lasted any time at all. Usually I can get a good few uses out of a razor when shaving but most of the time I only got one use out of them! I honestly thought this was a good brand...

Will I buy it again? No, I've specifically not chosen this brand for my next pack!

This week has been quite busy as it is the run up to the Easter holidays! Next week it will calm down a little, but instead I am running a Frozen workshop! Should be fun! :)

It's that time of the month again where I write about my monthly favourites!

My first favourite is the Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes. I deciding the venture away from my usual Tesco Value wipes as the Simple ones were on offer. I wouldn't usually buy them as I can't see why I should spend up to £4 on a packet of wipes when there are ones for £1 which do just the same job. But I think I may have converted....these are so much softer to touch and feel nice on my skin - I was more worried about whether they would actually be 'wet', as I have had more expensive wipes which feel dry and barely take my make-up off! I think I will only buy them when they are on offer though, but they are just so nice to use.

My next favourite is a TV programme I have been wanting to watch for AGES. It is Once Upon A Time and I did try and watch it a few months ago but I was just too busy to get into it, so I have tried again and I love it! It's just my sort of programme - I love Disney and fairytales! I am only up to Episdode 5 in Season 1 but I can't wait to watch the next one!
