Argh I nearly forgot to post todays (or rather yesterdays) outfit! Who do you think I am?

So I couldn't wear the outfit I planned today as when I was getting ready there was a thunderstorm....and then it was sunny for the rest of the day! I was meant to do this outfit on Saturday, but oh well! I think this is a pretty easy one to guess :)
